I gave this recipe 4 stars. What a nice seasoning for fries. I hate plain fries so I searched for a seasoing for fries and came across this recipe. When I did make this I made a minor change to the recipe. I used regular salt for the sea salt. I did make a change I sprinkled this seasoning on oven baked fries instead of fried ones. I did use alot of the seasoning almost all of it on a couple handfuls of fries. Overall I'll make this again for sure! Thank you for posting a wonderful fry seasoning! Christine (internetnut)
