  1. Combine the softened cream cheese and softened butter in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Add the flour, and beat at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Shape the pastry into 24 1" balls. Place each ball into a miniature (1 3/4 inch) muffin pan; press dough onto the bottom and sides to form a shell. Set aside.
  3. Combine the chopped broccoli and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Spoon the broccoli mixture evenly into the shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
