Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Melt butter in 9"x13" casserole dish.
  3. Mix together cream cheese and milk until well blended.
  4. Gradually add eggs.
  5. Stir in potatoes, green onions, and salt.
  6. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 350F (175C) for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Top with cream cheese cubes.
  10. Mix together remaining ingredients, and pout over top of casserole dish.
  11. Bake for 10 minutes.
