ingredients
- 32 ounces cream cheese (room Temp)
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 pints sour cream (room Temp)
directions
- 1. Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar & vanilla till creamy.
- 2. Fold in sour cream.
- 3. use a 10 inch buttered pan.
- 4. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 5. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes.
- 6. leave in oven 30 minutes with door slightly opened.
- 7. take out of oven and cool.
