  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
  • With a spoon scoop out the insides and put in a medium bowl.
  • Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice.
  • With a potato masher, squash the avocados until creamy.
  • Chop the tomato and fold in mixing everything well.
  • Serve as a dip, sandwich filling or garnish.
