  1. I threw these together yesterday. My dh has been on a lowfat diet kick for a couple of months now, and I wanted to throw something new into the mix. I didn't marinade overnight because I didn't want it to be too overwhelming. I also added bell pepper, and onion slices to my kabobs, and made zucchini and mushroom kabobs as well. Ended up basting everything with extra marinade before cooking. YUM! It was very tasty and good. Perfect dinner for a chilly night. Thanks for sharing.

  2. The marinade on this is delicious. I didn't cut up the chicken, just grilled breast halves, and we had it for our main course. This was wonderful!

A people's person who never entertains one thing in life -- larger than life EGO of people. My hobbies are numerous and diverse. They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
