- 1 cup warm pickle juice
- 1 large dill pickle, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon dried onion or 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3 1⁄8 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
- Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan according to manufacturer’s directions. Bake on the “White Bread/Medium Crust” setting.
