  • Combine hot water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a glass bowl. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
  • Add onions, Serrano and red peppers. Stir to blend.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • Will keep for up to a week.
  • Use slotted spoon to transfer to plate and serve.
