- 15 1⁄2 ounces ranch dip
- 1 lb macaroni, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup ham, chopped
- 1 cup peas, defrosted
- 1⁄4 cup scallion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
- Spoon the ranch dip (we use T. Marzetti's) into a large mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate.

Was gonna cut this recipe in half so the 2 of us could manage it from beginning to end, but since I cook a lot for a neighbor couple, I decided to let them have half of this very delicious salad! They loved it as much as we do, & I'll be making it again before long to take to a potluck! Many thanks for sharing the recipe!
