  • Finely chop all vegetables and mix in large bowl. Add lime juice and salt right at the end and mix thoroughly. Serve with corn tortilla chips or use as a condiment for tacos, eggs, or any number of other things.
  • *The prep time is 45 minutes because we cut everything by hand. If you have a chopper it will cut your time in half or more.
  • **Make sure that you take great care in handling the habanero. It is extremely hot and stays on your hands even after washing. If you are sensitive to such things you might want to use latex gloves when handling or even omit all together.
