- 4 vine ripened tomatoes (chopped)
- 1⁄2 medium red onion (minced)
- 2 whole green onions (finely chopped)
- 1 jalapeno (minced)
- fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Allow to sit for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

I made this account back in 2001, when the site was called "Recipezaar". A lot has changed in my life since then. My kids are all grown and I try to eat a low-carb lifestyle now. Some of my older recipes were handed down from my grandmother. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I have.
