  • Wash the ingredients well, especially the cilantro.
  • Finely dice the tomatoes, onions, chilies and cilantro. Add ingredients to bowl.
  • Squeeze in plenty of lime juice.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Mix and let marinate for at least 5 minutes before serving.
