  • Combine cake mix, eggs, margarine, mandarin oranges and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until cake tests done.
  • Drain pineaple, reserving juice. Blend reserved juice and pudding mix in bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Chill in refrigerator.
