Directions

  1. Cake: Combine ingredients in mixer.
  2. Pour into buttered and floured 9 inch round cake pans.
  3. Bake as box directs until toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool layers and cut each in half -- to make four layers.
  5. Icing: Fill between each layer with tons of icing and then cover outside. Decorate with sliced fruit. I've used kiwis, grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and pineapples.
