"Don't let the name fool you! My dessert-pro friend made this twice and each time I devoured it! Finally had to make it mine. Yummy and easy cake with fruit and deliciousness."

Cake
10 ounces yellow cake mix
³⁄₄ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
11 ounces mandarin oranges (DO NOT drain)
Filling or Icing
20 ounces crushed pineapple (DO NOT drain)
8 ounces Cool Whip
3 ounces instant vanilla pudding

directions

Cake: Combine ingredients in mixer.
Pour into buttered and floured 9 inch round cake pans.
Bake as box directs until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool layers and cut each in half -- to make four layers.
Icing: Fill between each layer with tons of icing and then cover outside. Decorate with sliced fruit. I've used kiwis, grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and pineapples.
