Pimiento Cheese With Garlic

"This is a superb pimiento cheese recipe. My mom got it when she worked at a soda fountain. It was one of the most popular things they made. This recipe works well if you want to serve it on crackers, on a sandwich or even if you want to make a grilled cheese."

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. You may use a mixer to make the pimiento cheese smoother, or you can just mix with a spoon to make it have a bit more texture.
  • You may play with the amounts of mayonnaise, Durkee Sauce and garlic. I prefer more garlic of course.

  1. I like it, but I think i wouldn't put as much garlic in it next time. I had a taste of garlic for quit a while after eating it. It had a nice bit to it with the bell pepper. Thanks for sharing. Chief #220151
