  • 4 ice cubes
  • 14 fresh pineapple
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup juice (pineapple or apple or orange or whatever you have handy)

Directions

  1. Put everything into a blender and blitz until all the ice cubes have been crushed. Poor into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss!
