  1. Very good combination. I was really craving pineapple and saw this one. Would love to do it on the grill sometime too-grill pineapple slices first before adding the cheese. Able to keep calories reasonable with Spelt English muffins 70 calories each. (Rudis) brand. And reduced fat cheese. Didn't use the tomato sauce-could not quite bring myself to add it for some reason-but did have some multi-color fresh grape tomato that I sliced on there under the pineapple. (I will try the sauce next time.) My husband liked it too--added a Jones lite chicken sausage patty to his, the second time for him to try. He really liked it with that addition. Makes a great sandwich for anytime and will do often. Served it at lunch with a spicy butternut coconut curry soup. Went well together. Thank you

  2. Easy and tasty treat! I used provolone cheese since I had some on hand. Great as posted; next time I'll add a sprinkling of crushed red pepper flakes for a sweet/spicy kick. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. A quick and easy snack enjoyed by my daughters and husband. Reviewed for PAC March/April 2012. Photo also being posted

  4. Very, very nice! Made the recipe as given, & we had a wonderful mid-morning snack! Was gonna make it for breakfast, but that got away from me, so I did the next best thing! Loved the combo of pineapple & cheddar! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in Everyday Is a Holiday recipe tag]

With the demise of the forums and with no more interaction on site with what was a great community and it was a pleasure to get to know so many of you over the years and to have had the privilege of meeting some of you in person. For me now this is just another recipe site like to many on the net, it has lost its specialness, such a pity especially when Scripps changed the name from Recipezaar to Food.com and made this statement sorry cannot replicate here as considered invalid but they basically said yes the community was valuable hence .com was short for community but it was a pack of lies as they were not willing to put the money into that community and got rid of the forums which was the community so for .com has become .crap.
