- 1 banana
- 2 pineapple slices
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 6 ounces key lime pie yogurt
directions
- Pour in 1 cup of milk.
- Add Half of the banana.
- Blend.
- While still blending take out the center piece of the blender and add the other half of the banana.
- Take off the lid of the blender and add the yogurt
- Mix for 30 seconds.
