  1. I made this (a double recipe) to accompany Ham at Easter -- what a yummy concoction! To make it even easier, I used unseasoned soft bread cube stuffing -- readily available at holiday time in the grocery store. I ended up finishing the leftovers for breakfast with a little milk (warm in microwave) and with Vanilla Ice cream for a pre-bedtime treat. -- No one else in the house likes left overs! -- Sad, Sad, Sad -- they don't know what they are missing!

  4. This is a great side dish-of course it goes well with ham-but I think that serving it alongside a brunch of breakfast foods or even over ice cream would be pretty nice too. Everyone I have served it too has really enjoyed it. And it couldn't be easier to make!

  5. So good I wish we had doubled the recipe. So easy, my husband made it!

October 16th, 2008: Colleen passed away from cancer, after a 3 year long battle, on April 3, 2008. She was a fighter and did so until the end. She loved to cook and enjoyed Recipezaar. Steph is pregnant with Colleen's 2nd grandchild, a girl, who is due in Feburary, which was a miracle suprise to her parents and most likely, a gift from Colleen. Her family wishes you to enjoy her recipes. Posted by Liza @ Recipezaar on behalf of Colleen's family **************************************************** My name is Colleen M.
