  1. A hit! I added some finely chopped green pepper like Kim (about 2 tablespoons) and used pecans. I let it sit overnight and served it the next day. Very nice!

  2. This was very very good. However - I only added the garlic salt ( out of seasoning salt ) and I thought it was just slightly too salty for me. You might want to add only half the salt and taste it first. Everyone at Thanksgiving loved it - it made 2 large cheeseballs. I also added some dried cranberries ( craisins ) and they gave it a nice burst of color. Very nice gift that I will make again.

  3. YUMMY!!! Served this with "Sociable" crackers. Changed the recipe just a bit as I used dehydrated onion flakes (as the onions I had on hand were really strong). The dried onion worked fine as I let it set overnight. Served this recipe at an adult gathering but I bet the little kids in the family would love it. Keep posting those recipes, Barbara!!!

  4. This cheese ball is very addicting! I first received this recipe from a family friend. I add finely chopped green bell pepper for color and a dash of lemon pepper. Serve with Ritz crackers! You have to give this recipe a try, you won't be sorry!
