  1. Dissolve sugar in juice over low heat.
  2. Soften gelatin in water.
  3. Mix the sugar mixture together with the gelatin mixture and chill until partially set.
  4. Add the pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped cream and pour into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill overnight or until completely set.
