  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1 tsp juice.
  2. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add pineapple, green pepper, onion and reserved juice, mixing well.
  4. Cover and chill 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers.
