Directions

  1. Drain pineapple reserving 3/4 cup juice in saucepan.
  2. Add cranberry sauce, cornstarch, orange zest, cloves and nutmeg.
  3. Stir to dissolve cornstarch.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and translucent.
  5. Keep warm.
  6. Stir in pineapple.
  7. Serve sauce with sliced turkey, chicken, or ham.
