2 (3 ounce) boxes raspberry gelatin
1 ¹⁄₂ cups boiling water
20 ounces crushed pineapple
16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
³⁄₄ cup port wine (I substitute cranberry juice)
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream

directions

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in undrained pineapple; cranberry sauce, wine and pecans. Put in 9 x 13 pan and chill. Soften cream cheese and beat in sour cream until smooth. Spread over gelatin when it is set. Cut into 3" squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
