ingredients

3 cups baby carrots
¹⁄₂ cup pineapple spreadable fruit
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter

directions

Simmer carrots until tender-crisp approximately 10-15 minutes.
Drain, set aside, keep warm.
In another pan, bring spreadable fruit, honey and butter to a boil.
Drizzle over carrots and toss to coat.
