"I haven't tried this yet. I got it out of a magazine and it looked good. It's a different way to serve glazed carrots."

  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 12 cup pineapple spreadable fruit
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter

directions

  • Simmer carrots until tender-crisp approximately 10-15 minutes.
  • Drain, set aside, keep warm.
  • In another pan, bring spreadable fruit, honey and butter to a boil.
  • Drizzle over carrots and toss to coat.
