- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 ounces french low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen banana (your choice)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (your choice)
directions
- Combine everything in a blender until smooth.
- Either pour into one large cup or two small cups.
- Enjoy.

These smoothies are awesome!! I like to use orange juice instead of pineapple juice simply because we almost always have orange juice in our house. I really like that this recipe helps me use up fruit that I might have thrown away. Whenever I have fruit that is getting ready to go bad I cut it up and put it in the freezer to use in future smoothies. Thanks for the great recipe Gruenes!!
