  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

  • Preheat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Bake crust 8 minutes.
  • Spread drained crushed pineapple on bottom of crust.
  • Combine whipping cream, sugar, and flour; mix for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Pour over pineapple.
  • Sprinkle with macadamia nuts.
  • Bake tart until filling is bubbly and crust is golden, 30 minutes.
  • Chill 4 hours before serving.
