Ingredients Nutrition

  • 85 g pineapple jelly crystals (other flavours may be used)
  • 1 12 cups boiling water
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • canned pineapple chunks, to decorate or fruit, to compliment flavour of jelly used


  1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water.
  2. Place in fridge until jelly is as thick as egg white.
  3. While jelly is setting, beat the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice together until creamy.
  4. Add the partly set jelly and beat until it thickens.
  5. Turn into individual dishes.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Decorate with pineapple pieces and a dollop of whipped cream.
