Pineapple Raita

"Really easy. I tried it first time in a restaurant and really liked it. Just make sure the yogurt is not sour or tangy. Please note this raita is sweet as it contains pineapple and sugar!"

  • 400 g yogurt (whipped)
  • sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup canned pineapple (diced)

directions

  • Add pineapple to yogurt.
  • Taste and add sugar if required (it should be sweet but not overly sweet).
  • Mix well.
  • Chill well before serving.
