ingredients

2 cups pineapple, minced
2 -3 medium garlic cloves, minced
2 -3 tablespoons of fresh mint
2 tablespoons lime juice
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon cumin
cayenne pepper, to taste

directions

Combine everything in a tightly covered container and refrigerate.
This will keep a long time.
