  • Blend sugar and butter. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add well - drained pineapple. Cut the crust off the slices of white bread and cut into cubes. Add the bread cubes to the creamed mixture. Pour into well greased 1 quart casserole dish. Cook covered for 1 hours at 350.
