Pineapple Southern Comfort Yummy Martini
"I created this one night when I was making my southern comfort chicken recipe-- its so easy and doesn't require a lot of exotic ingredients. And the taste cant be beat. This is a sweet drink."

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup Southern Comfort
- 1⁄2 cup 100% pineapple juice
- ice
- 1 slice fresh lime
directions
- Place ice in large size/deep martini glass to chill and set aside.
- In your favorite shaker pour southern comfort then pineapple juice over ice.
- Shake Shake Shake!
- Empty ice from martini glass and pour drink ( strained ) into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with lime slice.

I would have never thought to put Southern Comfort and pineapply juice together...but this is a winner!!! I always have Southern Comfort on hand for my Southern Manhattans so I'll always be ready for this great drink also. Thanks for sharing it, Petlover!!!
