  • 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 -5 slices white bread, torn into pieces

directions

  • With mixer combined eggs and sugar. Stir in softened butter and pineapple (not drained). Stir in bread pieces until mushy.
  • Place in greased casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F May be made the night before and kept covered in the refrigerator.

  1. This is a very tasty pudding, but when I opened the can of pineapple I thought it was waaaaaay too much for just 5 pieces of white bread. I upped the bread to 10 slices and yum!
