Pineapple Stuffing

"SO EASY!! I originally got the recipe from "At Home with Arlene Williams"...after playing with it, my mom and I tweaked it and made it exactly how we like it! Everybody LOVES it, and it has become a staple with any holiday meal that we serve ham (and my favorite dish!). I usually add a little more sugar than the 1/2 cup called for, but the original recipe called for 1 cup and it was WAY too sweet! :)"

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Grease a 1 1/2 quart cassarole dish.
  • Combine and mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.

I'm in college so I don't have a lot of time to cook but I do love it :) I'm definitely a beginner, but I'm always up for something new and I am learning a ton along the way! I am a die hard STEELERS FAN! Besides studying my life away, I just like to spend time with the people that I love :) Thanks to all of you who have posted so many wonderful recipes on zaar...it really has helped me get so many ideas and new insights on cooking!!
