Pink Cadillac

"This is my favorite version of the popular Pink Cadillac cocktail, which is how it's served at my favorite bar in downtown Seattle. The bar doesn't really give out their mixology secrets. But I found the recipe recently, so I clipped it so that I'd have it available for those occasions when I might want to make a Pink Cadillace cocktail at home."

  1. It was so yummy. I used triple sec and unsweetened cranberry juice. Thanks NorthwestGal :) Made for Gimme 5 tag game

  2. This is my exact recipe for a 'rits minus the cranberry! I love the addition of the cranberry. Thanks for posting!

  3. mmm very good tequila drink. Im not a tequila fan but in this drink it tastes pretty good. I like what cookiedog said about this tasting like pink lemonade. Thats exactly what it tastes like, but with a kick from the tequila! I did add a small touch of grenadine to the drink to make it pink. Otherwise it was a lite yellow color. Thanks for the recipe!

  4. Ohhhhh.... this one goes down so easily! Smooth and and it reminds me of pink lemonade. I like the recipe just as it is and wouldn't change it one bit. I just have to slow myself down... IF you will excuse me for another sip.... hmmm.... yes it is good! Made for my Pac baby 09.

  5. This was pretty good, but I would cut back on the sweet and sour mix just a tish. It was a pretty pinky light rosy color and looked lovely in the glass. Thanks for posting!

This site used to be awesome. It was at the top of its game when it was called Recipezaar, but that was many years ago. The site was purchased by Scripps and belly-flopped into mediocrity. A few of the faithful members remained, hoping to wait out the storm of corporate nonsense. But alas, it never got better and just continued on its terminal path to nothingness. So most of the loyal members have vanished and made homes at better recipe sites.
