Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 14 cup lavender leaves, fresh, chopped
  • 14 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 14 cups lemon juice

Directions

  1. In saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups water with sugar and hibiscus flowers.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes, then remove from the heat, stir in the lavender leaves, cover, and let mixture cool.
  4. Strain liquid into a large pitcher or jar, add the remaining water and lemon juice.
  5. Stir.
