- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 1⁄2 ounces heavy cream
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1⁄4 cups grated cheese
- olive oil
directions
- Pour olive oil in saute pan. Let the olive oil heat up a little before you put in the ingredients. Next, toss in the onions and garlic. Let brown. Pour crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, and grated cheese. Mix well and let boil.

This was an interesting sauce, & as suggested, I served some of it over crumb-coated chicken breasts, something my other half really enjoyed, while I particularly liked it over baked asparagus! [Made & reviewed in the current Think Pink Special]
