Pinky's Apple Pasties

"These Apple pasties are great and very few ingredients, but you will have to make plenty as I discovered because they go fast and everybody wants more. I almost regret starting them as I get plenty of demand from my family for them. I found this in an old english country side cook book, and its so easy and a hit."

  • Peel and core Apples then chop into small pieces and place with butter in saucepan, add 1 and a half cups sugar then cloves.
  • Heat slowly and gently with lid on so the apples and sugar dont burn or brown. Stir regularly.
