  • Beat butter, vanilla extract and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and continue mixing (for quite a while until batter is very creamy).
  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Add red wine and flour alternately to dough.
  • Add cinnamon, cocoa and chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
