  • Spray a medium nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pinto beans, chili powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the egg substitute and cook, stirring until set, about 3 minutes.
  • Place one-fourth of the egg mixture along one side of each tortilla and top with one tablespoon of the pepper jack and 1 tablespoon of the salsa. roll the tortillas up to enclose the filling.
  • 1 burrito= 342 cal, 3g. fat, 11g. fiber=6 points.

  1. Made these with left over pintos from another meal, instead of canned pintos. I also used an extra egg, otherwise there were more beans than egg. This would be great for breakfast.

I love Zaar! Iam so addicted to this site.
