  • Beat eggs with sugar, then blend in the milk, vanilla and butter.
  • Combine the flour, salt and baking powder and stir into the egg mixture till well blended.
  • Blend in the beans and turn into pieshell.
  • Bake at 350 degrees till firm.

  1. Tastes really hearty and sweet at the same time, would prefer to eat it warm though but overall was good to eat.
     
  2. Good, but even better with some coconut and pecans.
     
  3. This is also good with meringue spread over the top after it is cooked, then the meringue is browned. You separate the eggs before mixing with sugar.
     
  4. The second time I tried this it was delicious. the first time I used some leftover beans that I had seasoned with bacon. YUCKY POO
