  1. Pat meat dry with a papertowel, set aside.
  2. Spread cream cheese liberally over tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle green onions over cream cheese.
  4. place 1 or 2 slices of meat over green onions.
  5. Roll tightly and slice about one half inch thick.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter with favorite dip.
  7. HINT: For better slicing, refrigerate whole rolls for about 4 hours.
