  • Add the dry cake mix, pudding mixes, water, oil, eggs, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.
  • Beat, using an electric mixer, on low speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9-inch bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in pan; then turn out onto a wire rack to let cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Drizzle over cake.

  1. I've been making this recipe for years. My DH favorite. I use almond extract in place of vanilla and add a few green food color drops to cake batter. Its always a hit!
     
  2. I made this last night for our St. Patrick's dinner. It was good, everyone liked it. I cooked mine for 55 minutes and wish I took it out at 50. If you make this, check it early. It's supposed to be very moist, so your tester won't come out completely clean.
