Pistachio Cake

- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box white cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup club soda

INGREDIENTS FOR PISTACHIO ICING
- 1 (42 1/2 g) envelope dessert topping, not prepared
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 (113 g) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1⁄2 cup milk
directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Beat until smooth. Turn into greased 10-inch angel food tube pan.
- Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes. Turn onto wire rack. Cool completely before icing.
- ICING: Beat dessert topping and first amount of milk in bowl untl stiff.
- Add pudding powder and second amount of milk. Beat until smooth.
- Ice top and sides of cake quickly.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
