  • CAKE: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl all at once.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Cool completely and make frosting: Put all ingredients into large bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.

This was awesome i made it for my husband on his birthday St. Patrick's Day I made two round cake pans instead for the filling I used half a block of cream chesse let it sit out @ room temp. added a dash of cinnammon and extra nuts I had left over mixed well till soften spread it and then frosted it according to recipe it came out awesome. thanks!!!!!
