  1. Take a round sesame seed pita bread and cut in half.
  2. Spread inside of each half some cream cheese.
  3. On top of each bread half spread a little butter, apricot jam and sprinkle with a small dash of cinnamon.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven until crispy.
