  • Slice open pita and brush very lightly with olive oil.
  • Cut into triangular wedges.
  • Sprinkle cheese evenly over pita wedges.
  • Season with a pinch of oregano.
  • Heat under broiler until cheese is melted.
  • Add a slice of jalapeno, if desired.

<p>I've have been a FT student for the last two years, doing PT for the next year when I will hopefully be accepted to nursing school for my BSN.</p> <p>I cook to eat and that's about it, LOL! I have to use a recipe while my hubby on the other hand just tosses things in a pot. I love having a well stocked pantry, and full array of spices.</p> <p>My hubby and I are planning on moving onto our sailboat when I am done school and so I've already started looking for suitable recipes. My current project is planning a 3 month menu for offshore cruising. Fun, fun, fun!!</p>
