  • 20 miniature bagels, cut in half
  • 473.18 ml mozzarella cheese, finely diced
  • 236.59 ml pepperoni, finely diced (or finely diced ham)
  • 236.59-354.88 ml pizza sauce, your favourite
  • 4.92 ml italian seasoning
  • 4.92 ml oregano

Directions

  1. Lay bagels on large cookie sheet.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Top each 1/2 of the bagel with about 2-3 tbsp of mixture.
  4. Flash freeze on cookie for about 3 hours or until topping on bagels is firm.
  5. Transfer to large freezer bag, label and freeze.
  6. To serve: Bake from frozen at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
