Directions

  1. Make 4 patties out of the Italian sausage.
  2. Fry patties in skillet until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Heat pizza sauce and set aside.
  4. Spread butter on buns and toast until golden brown.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on both sides of buns and place patties on bottom halves of buns with a slice of Mozzerella on top of the patty.
  6. Place under broiler until cheese starts to melt.
  7. Assemble and enjoy!
