Pizza Meatloaf Aunt Anne's Recipe

"This was a favorite of my son's. I lost the recipe and just found it. Posting so I won't loose it again!!! This is definitely a winner with the younger crowd. My son was making it at 8 years old! Now that he's older, we add mushrooms and spinach was suggested, which I'm gonna try next time I make it."

  1. All in all a delightful and family pleasing dinner! We made a half recipe, but used the whole egg. Other than that no changes were made. The meatloaf was a welcome and different spin on a classic. I used Hunts plain spaghetti sauce, but next time would definitely upgrade to something with more razzmatazz.. The recipe contained clear instructions and made it easy enough for a beginning cook to follow. The ham spiral was definitely the star and was showcased when the meatloaf was sliced. I could see adding mushrooms, spinach, etc there as well. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
